Stage 1 – Initial Enquiry
To make an initial enquiry, please submit complete and submit our INITIAL ENQUIRY FORM.

Stage 2 – Confirmation of Availability & Provisional Booking
On receipt of your Enquiry Form, we will e-mail you to confirm that a provisional booking has been made for the dates requested (assuming they are still available). This will be held for the next 7 days.

During this period, we will require you to download and complete/sign the BOOKING FORM and send this to us together with the Booking Deposit. In the event that the Booking Form and Booking Deposit are not received within 7 days of the date of our confirmation e-mail, the booking will be deemed to have lapsed and the period will be re-advertised as available.

Stage 3 – Booking Confirmation & Deposit
On receipt of your fully completed Booking Form and when your Booking Deposit has cleared, we will e-mail you to confirm your booking.
